The homes here
Built around the paths, and around the light
Peachtree City's villages went up in distinct waves, and it shows at the window. The Kedron and Braelinn homes from the seventies and eighties carry a lot of standard-size double-hungs, which is the easiest kind of window to treat well and the kind where a good faux wood blind looks as good as anything costing three times as much.
The newer builds out toward Planterra Ridge and Wynnmeade brought the two-storey great room with them, and with it the tall window someone has been meaning to do something about since they moved in. Those are the ones where motorization stops being a luxury and starts being the only way the blind ever gets used.
The other thing about this town is the tree cover. Between the pines and the paths, light here is dappled and directional rather than flat, and it changes what a fabric does. That is the argument for seeing samples in your own room rather than in a showroom under fluorescent light, and it is why we bring the samples to you.
We are the local option in the most literal sense: if something is not right after we fit it, we are a golf cart ride away, not a service call from another county.
